The virtual address and phone services provided through Orions or its partners are for business correspondence purposes only. They may not be used for illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive activities. Misuse of these services may result in immediate termination without refund.

Once documentation has been submitted to a government agency or third-party partner (e.g., a bank or phone provider), those actions cannot be reversed or refunded, as costs are immediately incurred on your behalf.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available only when a service has not yet been initiated, meaning no filings, applications, or submissions have been made. If we cannot complete your order due to internal limitations or partner restrictions, a full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion after review.
3. Non-Refundable Services
Certain fees are inherently non-refundable, including but not limited to government filing fees, third-party processing fees, expedited service charges, courier costs, and administrative overhead. These costs are paid immediately to third parties upon your order submission and cannot be recovered.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the same payment method as the original transaction. The actual posting of funds to your account may depend on your financial institution’s processing timeline.
5. Cancellations
Service cancellations can only be accepted before filing or application submission begins. Once an order is in progress, it cannot be canceled or refunded due to the irreversible nature of the filing and verification process. 6. Disputed Charges
Customers are expected to contact Orions before initiating any payment dispute with their financial institution. Filing chargebacks without prior communication may result in suspension of service and legal action to recover administrative costs incurred by Orions.
